I found out I had ADHD in my 50's
Like many late-diagnosed women, I never suspected I had ADHD for most of my life. Got straight A's, excelled at work, and thought I thrived as a mom.
Sure I forgot to bring the kids' lunches to school, talked more than most, lost things all the time, bumped into walls. But I just thought that something I got from my mom or grandma and passed down to my kids.
