I never suspected I had ADHD until I was an adult.
I got straight A's, excelled at work, and thought I did okay as a mom.
Sure I forgot to bring lunches to school, talked a ton, and lost things all the time, but I thought I just had so much going on, I couldn't possibly keep it all together.
I didn't realize "my ways" were common ADHD symptoms. ADHD impacts HOW my brain function - including daily patterns, emotions, forgetfulness & too many thoughts.
